Important Notice Regarding the Unauthorized Use of Our Group’s Name by a Third Party Company

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued patronage.

It has come to our attention that certain members of the local management of Del Vietnam Co., Ltd., which was formerly one of our group companies, have taken control of the company without our authorization and have continued business activities using our group’s name and brand.
Please be advised that this company currently has no capital or managerial relationship whatsoever with our group.
Furthermore, any business activities conducted using our company name, logo, or brand are considered unauthorized and improper use, as they have not been formally approved by our company.

To avoid causing confusion or inconvenience to our valued customers, we are currently proceeding with reports to the relevant authorities and taking appropriate legal actions.
Accordingly, please note that any transactions conducted with entities other than the official companies and contacts listed below are not related to our company, and we kindly ask you to exercise due caution.

We are also preparing to establish a new company, tentatively. In order to resume services to our customers as quickly as possible in light of the current circumstances, the accountant who handles our corporate accounting will become a shareholder, and company registration is scheduled for completion within November 2025.
For the time being, The new company will operate as a locally capitalized company to enable the earliest possible business restart. However, the statutory representatives equivalent to directors will be appointed from the management of our Japan headquarters and our Thailand entity. Under the supervision of our Thailand office, the company will function as an official member of the Del Associates Group.
Following additional capital investment from our Japan headquarters and Thailand entity, the company will also formally become part of the Del Associates Group in terms of capital structure.

Although procedures related to LED certification and other regulatory matters may require some time, we are making every effort to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We will implement appropriate measures to ensure that customers who have already received deliveries do not experience confusion or disruption.

We kindly request all business partners to refrain from conducting transactions with any companies or individuals other than our officially authorized affiliates and representatives.
